Ordering on-line from VW Parts UK is straightforward. Alongside every part is a box into which you type the quantity that you require. To place the items in your basket, click the "Add Items to Basket" button.

At any time you may review your basket by clicking the Shopping Basket icon at the top-right of every page. At this time you may change the quantities of the parts you have selected or remove them completely from your basket.

When you have finished selecting parts, select the Checkout button. You will then be led through the process for collecting the following information:

Once we have received your order and confirmation of your payment, your parts will either be sourced from our stock or placed on order.

If any part you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will advise you immediately of any change in our usual despatch time. You will be told of any expected extended delivery schedule and may at this time cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel your order at any time, please supply full order details together with your reason for cancelling. Confirmation will be sent to you once your request has been processed. If the parts have already been despatched to you, please refer to our Returns Policy.

We will be more than happy to accept parts for return in any of the following cases:

1. Parts are faulty or damaged. We will either replace the part or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you would prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty part from you before dispatching a new one.
2. The part was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given.

Parts should be returned to us by the most economical method. They remain your property until we have received them.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of VW Parts UK, and refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.

Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.

Having chosen your goods and gone through the Checkout process you may choose between two payment methods:

1. On-Line Credit Card payment

2. Printable Order form and Cheque
